Claudia Flandoli

Claudia Flandoli (Turin – 1987) has a degree in Biology from the University of Pisa and studied graphic design for the publishing industry at ISIA in Urbino and illustration at MiMaster in Milan. She currently lives in Cambridge, where she works as a freelance cartoonist and illustrator. She regularly publishes work and personal diaries on her personal blog and newsletter.

As a scientific illustrator and cartoonist she regularly collaborates with Italian and foreign institutions and publishers (CNR, Zanichelli, Mondadori, The Royal Society of Chemistry) and has published several books. The most recent include “Sulle tracce del DNA” (Editoriale Scienza, 2020), translated in Spain, and “Tempestina e le Gironiche” (Homeless Book, 2021).
