Leo Colapietro
Leonardo Colapietro (Rome – 1979) has been working in the field of concept design and advertising graphics since 2004, when he attended the Perugia ‘Pietro Vannucci’ Academy of Fine Arts. Since then, he has collaborated with entertainment agencies and theatre companies.
In 2009, he founded Mantis Studio Comics, an editorial and creative service for publishers including Absolute Black Editions, Darklight Studios, Primal Paper Comics, Titanium Comics, Atomic Rockets Comics, Verticomics, TIWI, Sergio Bonelli Editore and many others.
At the same time, he has continued to explore new digital illustration and colouring techniques by collaborating with Smartcomix, Noise Press, Ed. Inkiostro and SKY Arts, among others.
